Summary:

WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires for students to participate in the Saint Elizabeth Pre-Collegiate Summer Residential Program to strengthen academic and practical skills, and earn up to ten college credits; and
WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (2); and
WHEREAS, the recommendation of award for term contract was reviewed and approved by Mary Harvey, Director of Student Support Services. |

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the award of term contract for Pre-Collegiate Summer Residential Programing from June 30, 2025 through August 1, 2025 as follows:
Saint Elizabeth University, Morristown, NJ at a cost not to exceed $72,250.00 |
