Summary:
Whereas, the Newark Board of Education is committed to the continuing improvement of the educational program of the district. Whereas this course provides an overview of work-based learning (WBL) as a vital educational approach that integrates academic learning with practical, hands-on experiences in real-world work environments.  
Funding :
At no cost to the district.  
Recommendation to the Board
Now therefore be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve the CTE syllabus.
