Summary:
ASPIRA will provide after school programs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for the 2021-22 school year at Luis Munoz Marin Elementary School and Dr. Horton Elementary School.

Given the current health conditions, services will be provided virtually until that time when they can be provided in person.

ASPIRA will provide summer programming from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in July and August. The curriculum includes STEAM, Media Arts, Fine Arts, Sports and Trips.
 
Funding :
No cost to the district.  
Recommendation to the Board
Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Memorandum of Understanding between ASPIRA and the Newark Board of Education.
