Whereas, Adam M. Jonas on behalf of the Jonas Family is giving a donation to the Newark Board of Education; and
Whereas, Adam M. Jonas has donated $10,000.00 to the Newark Board of Education to support Malcolm X. Shabazz HS and hopes for a partial match from his employer, Morgan Stanley; and
Whereas, the donation is intended for the purpose of Shabazz HS establishing a year-round Food Pantry with dry-goods, produce, bread, detergent, and other hygiene and sanitary essentials to support the health and wellbeing of the students; and
Whereas, the grant funding is for the 2022-2023 school year. |
