Whereas, the United States Soccer Foundation has partnered with the Newark Board of Education to provide a grant valued at $20,000 to operate the Just Ball Program; and Whereas, the program will operate at least one day per week during an 8 week fall season and 8 week spring season. The grant program extends until June 30th, 2023. |

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education accepts the donation of $20,000 from the United States Soccer Foundation and intends to comply with the provisions in the grant agreement. |
