Summary:
|
WHEREAS the Board Of Education Of the The City of Newark, Essex County currently leases from Immaculate Heart of Mary Church part of the building known as Lafayette Street School Annex, located at 110 Prospect Street, Newark New Jersey, 07105, pursuant to a Lease Agreement with an original term from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2017 (“Lease”);
WHEREAS, pursuant to action of the Board of Education, the term of the lease was extended from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2022
WHEREAS, The Board Of Education Of the The City of Newark, Essex County desires to extend the term of the lease extension for three (3) years, which shall commence July 1, 2022 and terminate on June 30, 2025. |
