Whereas, the Newark Board of Education is committed to the continuing improvement of the educational program of the district and Whereas, teachers, department chairs, and central office personnel have authored Grade 12 Culinary Arts 4 curriculum and syllabus. Students will learn about savory and pastry arts with a menu around geographical and local food influence. Students will have the opportunity to receive training in the Serve Safe manager course. |
