Summary:
|
Whereas, the Newark Board of Education is committed to the continuing improvement of the educational program of the district; and
Whereas, teachers, department chairs and central office personnel have authored High School Social Studies curriculum guide that provide a year long overview, alignment to New Jersey Student Learning standards and unit plans and assessments.
Additionally, Unit 1 of the newly created African American History Elective and Pacing Document are also for review by the NBOE. |
