Summary:

Whereas, The Newark Board of Education has committed itself to providing extended classroom learning experiences that extend and enrich the New Jersey Student Learning Standards; and
Whereas, the field trip extended learning activities will include: Wightman Farms, Alstede Farms, Crane House, Yogi Berra Museum, Waterloo Village, Newark Museum Planetarium, Bronx Zoo, Grammy Museum and Grounds For Sculpture.

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education hereby accepts and approves the Extended Classroom Learning Experience Field Trips at an amount not to exceed:
Wightman Farms- PreK- $31,000
Alstede Farms- 1rst grade- $50,000
Crane House- 2nd grade- $28,000
Yogi Berra Museum- 4th grade- $43,000
Waterloo Village- 5th grade- $48,000
Newark Museum Planetarium- 6th grade- $31,000
Bronx Zoo- 7th grade- $32,000
Grammy Museum- 9th grade- $18,000
Grounds For Sculpture- 10th grade- $28,000
Bronx Zoo- 11th grade- $33,000
