Summary:
|
Whereas Beat the Streets has agreed to assist the Newark Board of Education in implementing after school wrestling programs for children in grades 5-8 at Barringer and East Side High Schools; and
Whereas, Beat the Streets staff will participate in planning and implementation of the wrestling program and provide wrestling equipment, uniforms and coaches; and
Whereas, Beat the Streets will engage with coaches, provide access to competitions, clinics and camps in collaboration with the Office of Health, PE and Athletics.

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Memorandum of Agreement between Beat the Streets and Newark Board of Education.
