Summary:
|
WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires for students to participate in the Saint Elizabeth Pre-Collegiate Summer Residential Program to strengthen academic and practical skills, and earn up to ten college credits; and
WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (2); and
WHEREAS, the recommendation of award for term contract was reviewed and approved by Mary Harvey, Director of Student Support Services.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the award of term contract for Pre-Collegiate Summer Residential Programing from June 30, 2025 through August 1, 2025 as follows:
Saint Elizabeth University, Morristown, NJ at a cost not to exceed $72,250.00
