Summary:
|
WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education desires to retain a consultant with documented success to efficiently and effectively support the office of Food and Nutrition Services; and
WHEREAS, the District is authorized to enter into an agreement for extraordinary unspecifiable services in accordance with NJSA 18A:18A-5a (2); and
WHEREAS, the contract term shall be January 2, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation for award of term contract was reviewed and approved by Valerie Wilson, School Business Administrator.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the award of term contract for Food and Nutrition Consulting Services from January 2, 2024 through June 30, 2025 as follows:
TBR Consultant Group LLC, Lilburn, GA at a cost not to exceed $132,600.00
