Summary:
|
The purpose of this project is to conduct an exploratory study of a new M.A. in Educational Leadership degree that is being created in collaboration with Newark Public Schools. This study will focus on primarily qualitative interviews of various stakeholders related to the implementation of the new program. Program participants will be interviewed at three points throughout the program to gauge their quality of experience. An alumni survey will also be administered to those completing the program. District administrators and school leaders serving as mentors will also be interviewed to gauge their perception of the program's success. The first cohort will be tracked for two years (the full-length of the program).
This is a renewal of an on-going project as the DSA is set to expire.
Principal researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
