:
The Newark Board of Education has partnered with the National Soccer Foundation to provide a co-curricular experience for students. As part of their own program improvement process, the National Soccer Foundation would like to administer a survey to approximately 200 students at the close of the program in order to garner feedback on the efficacy of their offerings.
Principal researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
