Summary: Whereas, Audiences plans to conduct several pre-post evaluations of various arts programs throughout the district.

Young Audiences currently centralizes the program evaluation process and conduct evaluations of the following programs: Theatre to Learn, Dance to Learn, United We Create, Creativity Consultant Project, Artists in Residence ,Arts Professional Learning Institute, and Young Audiences Assembly.

The purpose of this DSA is to garner feedback from participants and identify ways to make this programming stronger. The evaluator would like to research the United We Discover Program which focuses on students with disabilities in the arts. Principal Researcher and their agents will maintain all client information confidentially in accordance with all New Jersey state and federal laws and regulations.
Funding : No cost to the district.
Recommendation to the Board: Now therefore, be it resolved that the Newark Board of Education approve this Data and Research agreement with Young Audiences.
