Summary:
|
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Newark, County of Essex (the “Board”) formally approves, accepts and/or authorizes various personnel matters and actions including among other things, leave requests;
WHEREAS, Employee Nos. 45139 and 10155 have requested a leave of absence without pay from February 18, 2025 to May 16, 20235 and May 28, 2025 to June 13, 2025;
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board finds that the request should be granted.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, that the Board approves and authorizes a leave of absence without pay for Employee Nos. 45139 and 10155 for the time period specified above.
