Summary:

WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education- Office of Early Childhood Head Start program is requesting the following Budget Reprogramming to be submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start Region 2, and
WHEREAS, Newark Early Childhood Head Start program was previously approved during SY 2021-22 to purchase COVID-19 home test kits, poster printers and printer supplies. Due to the bidding process orders were not obligated before the June 30, 2022 deadline, and
WHEREAS, the Newark Early Childhood Head Start program will submit a reprogramming request to be expend funds in SY 2022-23.
