Summary:
|
WHEREAS, Partner is licensed and registered in the State of New Jersey to engage in the business of providing counseling services; and
WHEREAS, Partner’s staff has the education, certification, training and/or work experience in this area so as to be able to provide these services responsibly; and
WHEREAS, the Board voluntarily desires to allow Partner to provide such services to the Board.
The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate cooperation between the Family Service Bureau in the provision of individual, family and/or and group counseling services at Avon Avenue Elementary School.

No payment of monies will be exchanged between the parties for the services rendered or received.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, the Newark Board of Education approves the Memorandum of Understanding between the district and Family Service Bureau.
