Summary:
|
WHEREAS the Newark Board of Education, the owner of the Demised Premises at 230 Broadway, Newark, New Jersey has offered to lease a portion of the Demised Premises to Newark Boys Chorus School, located at 1016 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey. The term of the lease shall be two (2) years and commence on August 1, 2022 and end on July 31, 2024, with one (1) option to extend the lease for a two (2)year term.
WHEREAS, the recommendation has been reviewed and approved by Ms. Valerie Wilson, School Business Administrator.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, The Newark Board of Education hereby approves the Lease Agreement and authorizes the Board President to execute the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in the agreement.
