Summary:
|
WHEREAS, the Newark Board of Education currently utilizes and desires to continue to utilize the services of Qualtrics for data collection; and
WHEREAS, the District can award a term contract without bidding for the provision or performance of goods or services for the support or maintenance of proprietary computer hardware and software pursuant to NJSA 18A:18A-5A (19); and
WHEREAS, the contract is for a one (1) year period of August 1, 2022 through July 31, 20223; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation for award of term contract was reviewed and approved by Abdullah Ansari, Executive Director of Information Technology.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Newark Board of Education accepts and approves the award of term contract for Data Collection and Evaluation Software for a one (1) year period of August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023 as follows:
Qualtrics LLC, Provo, UT at a cost not to exceed $78,645.00
Explanation: To provide the District with data collection software. Subject to availability of funds.
